If a customer receives a lower Out-The-Door (OTD) advertised price for equivalent telecom services from a verified competitor, 1ov1 will make every reasonable effort to match or beat that competitor’s pricing.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for price matching, the competitor’s OTD quote must:

Include equivalent features, functions, and service terms.

Be itemized to clearly show the full OTD amount.

Be submitted to 1ov1 along with the competitor’s official contact information for verification.

The Out-The-Door (OTD) price represents a comprehensive, itemized total that includes all applicable costs associated with the telecom service. An OTD offer must:
a) Include all service charges, taxes, and fees payable by the customer.
b) Specify the final OTD amount after any temporary promotions or discounts expire.
c) Clearly state the contract term period and any applicable renewal conditions.

1ov1 reserves the right to adjust previously matched pricing if a competitor updates or modifies their rates. In such cases, the customer must provide an updated competitor quote for reevaluation. Any subsequent pricing adjustments will be made based on the most current verified information.
