Service Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing with no less than fourteen (14) days’ prior notice. Only an authorized account user may request termination of services. Written notice may be delivered via email, provided the request originates from an authorized email address on file designated for account communications.
No Termination Fees or Penalties
1ov1 operates under a No-Contract, No-Refund policy. In the event that the account holder elects to terminate services, 1ov1 will process the termination request; however, no refunds of any kind will be issued. The account holder shall not be subject to any termination fees or penalties. All hardware and phones, whether purchased or provided at no cost by 1ov1, shall remain the sole property of the customer and are not required to be returned to 1ov1.
After Termination of Services
Upon termination of services, all account-related data, including but not limited to configurations, call flows, voicemails, call recordings, and system settings, shall be permanently deleted and will not be recoverable. In compliance with regulations of the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”), all telephone numbers assigned under this Agreement shall be released into the public numbering pool and may thereafter be reassigned or registered by any individual or business, without restriction or guarantee of future availability to the terminating party.
