During the day, calls can be routed to your day-time Welcome Menu, the receptionist, sales, or support Ring Groups and Call Cues — ensuring customers reach someone live. After hours, calls can be redirected to your night-time Welcome Menu, voicemail, an after-hours message, or even an on-call employee. Even otoText can be added to either the day or night routes.
